What You'll DoLM Envision, LogicMonitor's leading hybrid observability platform powered by AI, helps modern enterprises gain operational visibility into and predictability across their IT stacks, so they can continue to deliver extraordinary employee and customer experiences. LogicMonitor has a layered approach to intelligence, where AI and Machine Learning is baked into every facet of the LM Envision platform to help IT teams improve efficiency, minimize alert fatigue, proactively predict trends, and maximize enterprise growth and transformation.You will be a core driver of operational excellence in Product Management ensuring the team excels in driving and executing the product vision within their focus areas.Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role
Act as a player-coachLead and mentor a team of Product ManagersBuild and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of your product feature areasIdentify key desired outcomes for your product area(s) of ownershipAct as an SME & answer field questions for your product feature areasRegularly summarize and present customer feedback for your product focus areasDevelop an understanding of the entire LM product with ability to demo the product beyond area of ownershipCommunicate clearly and effectively on the progress through the end to end product lifecycle to all stakeholders involvedHelp maintain and communicate the product roadmap both internally and externallyHelp drive packaging & pricing decisions
What You'll Need6+ years of product management experience at a software company2+ years of people management experience - direct or dotted lineBA/BS or equivalent, MBA, CS, or CE degrees a plusTechnical aptitude; domain experience in the form of knowledge of the observability industry strongly preferredAbility to excel in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple high priority tasks at onceDetail oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into prioritized, actionable tasksStrong analytical skills, able to identify and present meaningful usage metrics used to define product success

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards.
Base Salary Range: $130,000—$180,400 USD
