Your Key Responsibilities
You will apply data mining & statistical analysis techniques like hypothesis testing, segmentation and modelling to analyse large volume data in order to drive business optimization & enhance product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. You will bring expertise and hands-on experience with ML pipelines, processes and design patterns.
Functional
Proficient in utilizing Python libraries including Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, NLTK, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras for data manipulation, statistical analysis and machine learning. + 2 years of experience using Azure and Azure Machine Learning Studio.Demonstrated expertise in various machine learning techniques, including but not limited to Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, Transformer, Topic Modeling, Text Classification, Regression Analysis, Clustering, and Feature Engineering.Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, transformation & preprocessing of structured and unstructured datasets and generate business insights relevant to business goals utilizing scalable modern tools and techniques.Maintain complex data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.Use emerging technologies such as machine learning & AI and advanced programming to derive insights from large datasets.Apply data science, mathematical and statistical techniques, and cognitive/decision science to drive business intelligence reports for management.Co-develop research plans, implement models and monitor outcomes by collaborating with different departments and business stakeholders in order to help shape the research approach and potential output.Conduct market/industry characteristics analysis, competitor assessment, trend analysis, demand forecasting, regulatory reviews, demographic assessment, macro-economic analysis and benchmarking for datasets received.Leverage the data received from the data analytics team and use them in conjunction with current organizational dynamics to develop transformational business intelligence solutions.Work with content developers to communicate, present and translate research insights into compelling stories for interpretation of analyses and data visualization.Conduct quantitative research and as-is/to-be process mapping along with gap analysis to come up with analyses/assessment to improve business processes, reduce costs and enhance customer experience.Skills And Attributes For Success
The criteria to evaluate your performance would include cost savings achieved, number of use cases investigated + datasets mined & explored, number of existing solutions & processes optimized, number of services and solutions digitized, number of innovations/POCs deployed, and customer NPS.
To qualify, you must have
Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in executing complex research projectsAt least 3 years of experience in using data science to conduct hypothesis-driven research, preferably for AI or in the analytics industryIdeally, you ll also need
