We embody the words, “I C.A.N.” each day, striving to be:I nnovativeC ommitted + CollaborativeA uthentic as possible, withN o ego.Because we care not just about closing deals and hitting metrics, but about venturing together – with our clients and our peers – beyond the status quo and celebrating along the way.What You’ll do:Set programmatic sales strategy across an established list of holding company agencies, independent agencies and client direct accountsWork side by side with VP and Sales Directors to execute the sales strategy and drive the sales team in order to achieve revenue goalsOwn key relationships at various agency levels and leverage to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goalsSuccessfully create key partnerships to influence and drive revenue growthEffectively present and communicate the Unruly value proposition to agency and client leadership and stakeholdersDevelop and negotiate trading agreements that grow revenue, including joint business plansStay current on all industry trends and provide internal recommendations, as relevantParticipate and lead when called upon, the ongoing training and development of sales organizationWhat Will I Bring?7 or more years of Sales experience with 2 or more years of experience in ad tech, SaaS, or programmatic salesSolid relationships at the agency holding company level/partner, as well as relationships with programmatic agencies/advertisers/buyers, with an understanding of the inner workings of agenciesTrack record consistently achieving sales revenue targetsComfortable with data, and telling a story with dataWell-rounded knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem & programmatic is requiredAbility to successfully execute cross-team and command respect from internal/external stakeholdersStrong understanding of PMP, SSP, and DSP platformsWe offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
