Position Summary
We are looking for a
Regional Sales Director
to play a significant role in the development and success of our sales force within the region by driving sales efforts, helping to reach sales goals and growth including researching new markets. The RSD will also be responsible for coordinating local marketing efforts, including trade shows and local events for lead generation.

Present potential customers with the company's technologies and capabilitiesSupport customers with any issue that arises or general supportMeet business goals and targetsBusiness developmentTravel as necessaryKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skilled at negotiating high dollar, long duration agreementsMotivated and self-disciplined to successfully execute the regional sales planLevel of technical knowledge of both rigid and rigid/flex PCBsOutstanding communication skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment.U.S. Citizen is a mustEducation & Experience
Bachelor's or better preferred5 Years Experience in PCB/PCBA, full sales cycle, in US Market.Significant experience in successful business-to-business salesExperience in ITAR and EAR regulations
