will oversee strategy and execution of Fleet and Mobility’s North American Licensing & Compliance operations as well as the Vehicle Remarketing operations.What will you do?Oversees strategy and execution of Holman's North American Licensing & Compliance operationsOversees strategy and execution of Holman's North American Vehicle Remarketing operationsRecruits, interviews, hires, and trains management-level staff in the departmentProvides constructive and timely performance evaluationsHandles discipline and termination of direct reports in accordance with company policy.Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the departmentCollaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects and systemsCollaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organizations goals and objectivesIdentifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materialsEnsures that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organizations business plan and visionEstablishes, communicates, and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and executionReviews and approves cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projectsEstablishes and adheres to the departmental budgetPresents periodic performance reports and metrics to executive leadershipMaintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in areas of responsibilityIdentifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and providedEstablishes and supports setting sales targets, compensation structures and new product development (Vehicle Remarketing)Develops, implements and manages departmental succession planning and leadership developmentPerform all other duties and special projects as assignedWhat are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master’s preferredProficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)10+ years’ experience at a management level; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferredHas extensive knowledge and experience within own function and general knowledge of areas, departments and/or function(s) within and across other disciplinesManages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impactEstablishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of businessHolds business acumen and leadership experience to become a top function or division headFormulates a clear strategy and maps the steps to accelerate the organization toward goalsAnticipates and addresses the impact of key decisions strategically and financiallyPractices effective succession planningExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlinesExcellent leadership skillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsApplies broad business and management expertise to drive financial and operational performance across multiple departments and/or functionsExecutes departmental and functional business plans and contributes to the development of discipline strategiesDirects the allocation of resources to meet financial performance requirementsDirects the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems that cross functions and/or disciplinesDecisions are guided by discipline and/or business strategies and prioritiesSuperior verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skillsExcellent presentation skillsEffectively coaches, gives performance feedback and provides development opportunities within related multiple areas or departments and/or function(s)Leads and manages a workplace that serves as a model for other leadersInspires teams’ success by creating the right working climateHolman is a global automotive leader that serves both commercial and consumer clients
