Harps Mill Creative Schools is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Director to lead our thriving 5-star licensed center with 9 classrooms, including one school-age room. Work in a work-family environment where you will be supported by an Assistant Director, Curriculum Specialist and our local business office staff.Minimum Requirements:
2 years experience as a Center Director of a licensed childcare center in NC, preferably a 5-star centerBachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, with Level III Administration CredentialCurrent CRC with the Division of Child DevelopmentBSACIdeal Candidate Will:
Be highly motivated to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the jobHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsBe able to build strong relationships with staff, parents and familiesHave a solid understanding of ITERS & ECERS, NAEYC standards and Creative CurriculumHave experience with child care subsidyBe ready to lead 25 staff to provide the highest quality of care to children birth-5Be comfortable with technology, Procare, and social mediaWe Offer:
