Applicants must have strong attention to detail, work ethic, and excellent oral and written communication. Ideal candidates will not be afraid of a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment and supporting strong personalities. Act as a liaison for staff, executives, department heads and external C-Level contactsManage heavy call and email volumeSchedule meetings based on a complex calendar(s)Maintain an awareness of the executive’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needsArrange/retrieve meals, off-site meetingsSome personal assistant responsibilities are anticipated and should be expectedOther administrative duties as requiredQualifications
Strong email and calendar management skills; and a high level of competency using the standard suite of office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)Able to work efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail is a mustExceptional interpersonal skills while maintaining confidentiality and discretionComfortable interfacing with senior level management and clientsMust have a willingness to learn and a passion for the entertainment businessEndeavor unites and brings people together in our love of sport, culture, and entertainment.
