The Depuy Synthes WW Transformation Sr. Financial Analyst will support the overall DPS Transformation finance team focusing on activities and initiatives related to portfolio shaping across key DPS platforms to drive profitability & growth.

Key Responsibilities:Track, forecast and manage key operating metrics (i.e. Sales, Gross Profit, GP Margin, OPEX, CAPEX) related to portfolio transformation efforts across DePuy Synthes.Partner with regional finance teams to understand potential impacts of portfolio transformation efforts across all platforms.Lead management of portfolio workstream transformation budget including accurate reporting of accounting items and overall budget management of investments required to drive portfolio transformation.Leverage key systems to develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive valuable insights to business partners and finance leadership.Assist in analyzing consolidated end-to-end financial model for margin improvement including commercial metrics, SC metrics, and other investment drivers.

Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting.A minimum of three (3) years finance or related business experience is required.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions).Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills are required.Highly motivated individual with strong forward-thinking analytical skills, creating problem-solving track record and intellectual curiosity is required.Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.May require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
