The Senior Financial Analyst role will provide project governance and financial leadership in support of the Global Finance Technology Project Portfolio.
The Senior will proactively partner with leads across FS&T functions/workstreams, PMO organization, Business Unit Finance, and IT to manage all aspects of project governance and controls, including Tollgate process; ensuring key milestones and compliance requirements are met throughout each project’s deployment cycle. The Senior will also oversee the Change Control processes along with me to ensure changes to the SigniFi roadmap are assessed appropriately and impacts to deployment outcomes and budget are clearly understood and documented.
The candidate must demonstrate strong financial leadership with the ability to influence and educate business partners on governance and financial processes and summarize details in a concise manner to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Tollgate Processes: Facilitate coordination and preparation of Tollgate processes across SigniFi program workstreams and Business stakeholders, including leadership review materials, meeting scheduling and facilitation of cross-functional reviews.Lead Change Control Board Process: Manage CCB Intake review process, including scheduling/annual calendar, meeting minutes and oversight of financial impacts.Business Support: Collaborate with program and business leaders to ensure alignment on recommendations forward throughout each project’s deployment life cycle.Compliance: Ensure governance processes and compliance requirements are known, adhered to and documented appropriately. Benchmark industry best practices to ensure processes remain effective and up to standards.Digitally Enabled Finance: Identify opportunities to adopt emerging technology/tools to automate processes and drive efficiencies as part of continuous improvements.

Significant business decisions are reviewed by senior business and finance management.Leadership Opportunities: Accomplish work in collaboration with senior management and cross-functional teams. Influence business decisions and lead processes (governance, valuation, budget management) within the FS&T team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably with a major in Accounting or FinanceMBA, CPA, CMA or other financial certifications preferred.A minimum 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is requiredExperience in financial planning and analysis is requiredMicrosoft Office Suite and SAP experience is preferredAbility to influence and shape business decisions is requiredStrong attention to detail with big picture orientation is requiredStrong communications skills are required (presentations, listening, written skills)Strong business collaboration and interpersonal skills is requiredAbility to motivate and empower others to achieve a desired action is required.Strong leadership abilities including mastering complexity is requiredThe position will be located in New Brunswick, NJ

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900 USD
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
