What you can expect as the Change Management Consultant:Drive awareness, engagement and higher adoption of the changes impacting stakeholders of organizational change efforts.Responsible for the planning, designing and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and initiatives to help maximize the benefits realization of business initiatives.Consult with Shared Services leaders in aligning desired organizational changes to business strategy and engaging stakeholders in effective transition from current state to future state.Participate in the development and execution of an enterprise change management strategy, methodology and measurement approach. Establish and communicate a framework that improves the probability of successful project delivery.Consult with leaders to identify broad organizational impacts of business initiatives. Drive the development and execution of robust change management solutions including communication, training, readiness assessment, adoption and leadership coaching.Design and conduct assessments to ensure the readiness of the Shared Services organization for a variety of changes impacting people, technology, processes, strategy or other key business functions.Apply strong working knowledge of business initiatives to identify potential risks or points of resistance and work with leadership to develop plans to mitigate or address concerns.Develop and maintain trusted and highly effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization including several geographic locations.Educate and enable business and project team leaders in leadership effectiveness and change management principles and best practices.Identify and design measures to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of change impacts to the organization.Identify opportunities, design solutions and deliver leadership development and coaching to Shared Services leaders to enable team performance and effective execution.Apply understanding of the strategy to ensure alignment and effective sequencing of operational plans and change initiatives.Help facilitate strategic planning processes and support the development and tracking of key performance metrics to drive accountability for results.Assist in the communication of business unit and Shared Services strategic plans to drive awareness and understanding into the organization.Commitment to embrace Sammons Financial Group Companies shared values (Respect, Accountability, Integrity, and Openness).As stated within the Company Attendance and Punctuality policy, regular attendance is required and expected in order to meet the business service levels and workflow demand.What we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Economics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or related field preferred.3-5 years' experience in change management or similar consulting role preferred.Consulting experience in a large, strategic consultancy or firm specializing in organizational performance, change management, talent management or human capital consulting preferred.Deep knowledge of change management principles, practices, methodologies and tools; proven experience in applying these solutions based on understanding of business impacts.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of different individuals including executive leadership.Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiences.Demonstrated experience developing and executing robust communication strategies and plans.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with proven ability to build strong relationships.High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive situations with discretion.Ability to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with high level of attention to detail.Proficient with business productivity tools (e.g. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint).Criminal background check required.Licenses and Certifications:Change Management Certification preferred.CCMP preferred.What you can expect when you join Sammons Financial Group:A casual dress code (yep – that means jeans!).A company you want to be a part of, driven by inspiring leaders and a fun, friendly work environment.Colleagues who support one another, model our core values, and drive our healthy, high-performing culture.Healthy balance between work and personal lives.
