Staff Accountant

, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the financial operations of our rapidly growing tech company. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing essential financial reports, and assisting in day-to-day accounting functions. Your contributions will help ensure the financial health of the company as we continue to innovate in the property tech industry. You’ll work closely with the Controller and other members of the Finance team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.Who You Are:* Positive Attitude:

You are able to manage your workload efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience You'll Need:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- 1-3 years experience in accounting, preferably in a growing tech company or a similar environment.- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with a solid understanding of financial software.- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.What You'll Do:* Accounting:

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.* Auditing:

Assist our external auditors to ensure our audits are completed in a timely manner.* Financial Reporting:

Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports, supporting the overall financial management of the company.* Support Budgeting:

Assist in monitoring actual performance against budgets and targets, helping to maintain financial discipline and identify areas for improvement.* Data Analysis:

Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights that support decision-making.* Collaboration:

Work closely with the Finance team and other departments, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.* Process Improvement:
