We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

As an MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality MRI scans to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that images are captured accurately and efficiently while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images as per physician's orders.

Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Explain procedures to patients and answer any questions they may have.

Monitor patients during scans to ensure their well-being.

Adjust MRI settings to capture optimal images.

Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.

Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize radiation exposure.

Collaborate with radiologists to interpret and analyze images.

Keep up-to-date with advancements in MRI technology and techniques.

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.

Current certification as an MRI Technologist (e.g., ARRT, ARMRIT).

Valid TMB Radiology License.

Minimum of one year of experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.

Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
