Developing and maintaining automated integration test libraries to support the continuous integration pipeline, using tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Selenium C#, SpecFlow, and Azure.Collaborating with development and business teams to implement data-driven test strategies.Developing and maintaining metrics and measures of testing performance, coverage, and efficacy.Creating or consulting on test plans, reports, and matrices, and reviewing them with stakeholders.Developing and improving a robust test automation framework.Designing and testing quality measures and standards for new applications.Identifying and developing solutions to problems within the team domain.Understanding data collections and data flow, and testing within the pipeline.Working within a cross-functional team to deliver on common goals.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business (or equivalent experience).5+ years of QA automation experience.3+ years of development experience with C#, and .NET technologies.3+ years of experience with Selenium with .Net and C#, or Playwright with C#, or RestSharp and Playwright.Experience developing and maintaining testing metrics.Experience with multiple software testing methodologies.Ability to work well with others and demonstrate problem-solving and task prioritization skills.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.Demonstrated success as a self-starting, hardworking, and inquisitive worker.Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.Experience in an agile product environment, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.Bonus Skills
Certifications: CEH, ISTQB, CAST, etc.Development Experience: .NET, C#, CSS, Angular, Azure, etc.Experience with container orchestration and building apps in containers.Understanding and experience with Domain Driven Design.Financial or Education domain experience.Penetration Testing, Security testing, experience with OWASP, etc.
