The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Work EnvironmentHybrid with some in-office expectations. Some travel required.
