Our Business Development team comprises professional sales leaders with specific experience and competencies to spearhead Hero Digital toward our next level of growth. As a critical member of this team, Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for generating pipeline to fuel new client acquisition. This role requires a driven and passionate salesperson who is highly motivated by identifying and penetrating new accounts in the digital space.What you’ll doUncover new business opportunities through emailing, cold calling, and prospecting against self-generated target account listsIdentify, schedule and contribute to introduction conversations with prospectsConsistently meet weekly meeting quotas as well as quarterly/annual sales goalsExecute lead generation programs to set prospect appointments to drive net-new revenue opportunities into Hero’s pipelineDemonstrate knowledge about our solution offerings while communicating these offerings effectivelyUpdate firm’s CRM system with opportunity informationDaily and weekly reports on the status of prospect meetings and activityDrive lead generation at events by engaging with prospectsWho you are1-3 years’ experience in a similar role with a rapidly growing professional services or high growth technology companyAbility to quickly establish trustHunger to source new businessAbility to execute campaigns with a heightened sense of urgencyCreativity and determination in prospect outreachOrganizational and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationPerforms all job responsibilities with total integrity and accountabilityWho we areWe are a leading independent customer experience agency in North America that was born in California, at the intersection of business, design and technology.
