Staffing and Recruitment Specialist
OverviewAs a Staffing and Recruitment Specialist at Alura Workforce Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our mission to connect skilled candidates with temporary job opportunities at client companies. In this dynamic role, you will not only excel in recruiting top talent but also play a pivotal role in business development and client relationship management. Your responsibilities will span the entire staffing lifecycle, from sourcing and recruitment to job assignment coordination, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Key ResponsibilitiesStaffing and Recruitment:Utilize a diverse range of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases, to identify and attract qualified candidates for temporary job positions.Craft and post compelling job advertisements to capture the attention of potential candidates.Proactively reach out to and maintain relationships with potential candidates, building and nurturing a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening And Assessment:Review resumes and applications, assessing candidates' qualifications and experience.Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, availability, and suitability for specific temporary job assignments.Administer relevant assessments or skills tests as needed to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
Client Relationship Management:Collaborate with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs and specific job requirements.Present candidates to clients, coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to both clients and candidates.Coordinate and communicate job assignment details clearly to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
Job Assignment Coordination:Match candidates to suitable temporary job assignments based on their skills and preferences.Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring completion of all necessary paperwork and compliance requirements.Clearly communicate assignment details and expectations to candidates.
Compliance And Documentation:Ensure accurate completion of all legal and compliance documents, including contracts and agreements, for each temporary assignment.Maintain up-to-date and precise records in the agency's database.
Performance Monitoring And Reporting:Track and evaluate candidate performance and client satisfaction during and after assignments.Provide regular reports on candidate placements, assignment durations, and overall agency performance.
Business Development:Continuously build and expand a network of potential candidates and client companies to support the agency's growth and service offerings.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field preferred.Proven experience as a Recruiter or in staffing, preferably in temporary or contract recruitment.Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and ATS recruitment platforms, such as JobDiva.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to temporary staffing is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
