Executive Recruiting Coordinator , reporting to the
Director of Engineering Recruiting , to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.This will be a
full-time ,
non-exempt
position located in our
Long Beach
location.Responsibilities:Provide a high touch candidate experience for executive level candidates as well as our hiring team partners.Own end-to-end scheduling of candidate interviews (onsite or virtual) for high touch executive roles as well as niche candidates.Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses as necessary.Act as a partner for recruiting operations problems and find solutions through a mix of data, tools, and collaboration.Work closely with executive assistants, executives, and hiring teams.Constantly strive to improve and uplevel our candidate experience.Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners in written and verbal form.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR Coordination, or other human resources function.1+ years of experience in coordinating travel for candidates.Preferred Skills & Experience:Experience in a fast-paced start-up or corporate environment.Experience working with executives and executive level talent.1+ years of experience with Greenhouse.Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.Polished and professional customer service mindset.Excellent communicator and problem solver.Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and maintain unwavering poise under pressure.Highly organized with a knack for building relationships.Salary Range:
California $25 - $45 USDCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Base salary will vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, business needs, and market demand. Salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
