User research: 3-5 years of experience conducting user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needsDesign: 3-5 years of experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for accessible and reusable components and patterns within a Design SystemDevelopment: Experience with software application front-end developmentTesting: Experience working with different testing methodologies to ensure solutions meet user needs (User Experience Testing, Accessibility Testing, User Acceptance Testing)Leading projects or teams: Proven leadership experience managing people, processes, and/or projectsAgile methodology: Experience working with Agile project methodology within every aspect of the software/product development lifecycleCollaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with product owners, designers, developers, and other stakeholdersDocumentation: Experience in technical and functional documentation (design guidelines, component usage, design libraries, and Design System best practices)Trend analysis: Demonstrated ability to stay up to date with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologiesManaging people: Experience managing peopleExtensive knowledge or experience: 5 or more years of experience working in a technical role supporting user experience

User Research: Conduct user research to gather insights, identify pain points, and understand user needs related to the Design SystemDesign: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for components and patterns within the Design SystemDevelopment: Completing the front-end development for custom software applicationsCollaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner, UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the Design System is holistic, cohesive, and user-centricDesign Testing: Utilize various testing methodologies to validate design solutions and ensure they meet user needs and expectationsDocumentation: Assist in documenting design guidelines, component usage, and best practices to ensure consistency and clarity for all users of the Design SystemFeedback Integration: Actively seek feedback from peers, stakeholders, and users, and iterate on design solutions based on this feedbackTrend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure the Design System remains modern and user-friendlyAccessibility: Design with a focus on inclusivity, ensuring that components and patterns adhere to accessibility standards
