Patent Associate/Agent

REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have experience in patent drafting, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, IP due diligence, patentability searches, and freedom-to-operate studies as well as a Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent life science degree. Admission to the USPTO is required. Strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
