Life Sciences Patent Agent or Patent Associate

REQUIREMENTS- A strong scientific background and an advanced degree in the life sciences space (organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmaceutical science, etc.) is required.- Outstanding writing and analytical skills - they will request a writing sample for those who qualify.- USPTO registration is required.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in:Drafting patent applications, prosecuting patent applications in both US and foreign countries and territories.Conducting patent landscape and freedom-to-operate searches.Assisting IP due diligence in financing and partnering transactions.SUMMARYVanguard-IP specializes in the placement of IP/Patent professionals nationwide.
