Job DescriptionCapgemini is looking for a Backend developer with expertise in Node.js and Typescript.Key ResponsibilitiesProven track record to produce high quality user documentation.Strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.Very highly developed written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience)Business Analysis — shown success collaborating directly with internal customers (i.e., product owners) to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution.Adaptability — a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure.Empathy — the skills to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the aim to resolve them.Required Skills5+ years equivalent work experience.Shown hands-on experience as a software engineer with a focus on one or more technologies inclusive of NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJS.The candidate should have worked on development of microservices / REST APIs using NodeJS/Typescript for a majority of their projects (at least 3-4 years).Experience in Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes in Azure platform is a plus. Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration.Experience preferred in project management, business analysis, or system design. Conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques required.
