As part of our US-based team, you will assume full responsibility for establishing and guiding the Fintech sales division. Your role will involve cultivating and converting leads from our extensive pipeline of fintech opportunities at Ascenda, while also identifying fresh targets poised to leverage our premium rewards offering.Join our dynamic sales force as one of its earliest team members, contributing to the development of our marketing and sales strategies as we strive for hypergrowth. As a vital member of the End User Marketing and Analytics team, you'll play a central role in our product's success. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage the powers of AI to analyze loyalty platform needs; you will advance Ascenda's Campaign Suite that will recommend communication and bonus initiatives to drive acquisition and engagement. Unblock unlimited potential by enabling Ascenda Campaigns to work alongside our customer's existing marketing stacks, enabling both inbound and outbound campaigns, communications, analysis and more. As a Staff Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of the company's Engineering, Business Development, GTM and Partnership teams.Your Impact
You will steer the roadmap and priorities of your domain by deeply understanding the users, competitors, and our product suite, then build shared understanding among stakeholders.Streamline coordination by providing marketers a full front-end display library for both their loyalty program and their own app.Enable partners to create partner-funded redemption campaigns and enable dedicated ad displays for partners within Ascenda User Experiences.You will be managing all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged.You’ll work directly with our engineers and other key stakeholders to determine the best solution and ship features that make a difference.Who You Are
10+ years of Product Management experience working directly with engineering teams.Minimum 5 years of SaaS or consumer apps experience is required in a product role.You have high degree of experience working on consumer journeys, user studies and experimenting.Experience in market research and analysis, and with APIs and integration work with vendors.You are a real generalist who cracks any and every problem with creative solutions, and you have a strong natural sense of what's technically and commercially viable.You have a strong business acumen and basic knowledge across finance, marketing, design, sales, analytics, and communication.You are exceptionally good at making complex things simple, and writing down a solution in simple, clear, yet comprehensive terms.You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in a technology organization.You demonstrated ability to problem-solve by synthesizing information and seeing the big picture.What Matters At ASCENDA
