As a key leader of the Console Digital Marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Console In-Product Campaign Manager will lead game subscription campaigns across Console In-Product surfaces including console, PC, and mobile experiences.

Will lead P0 and P1 launch campaigns across Console In-Product surfaces including console, PC, and mobile experiences. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Marketing on the strategy and execution of campaigns focused on driving game sales, gaming subscription sign-ups, upgrades, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities include roadmap, audience, and priority alignment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and execute digital marketing campaigns for Console In-Product for gaming subscriptions across all endpoints. In addition, you'll recommend new campaign ideas, define audience strategy, and ongoing testing plans.

Draft production workbooks to detail campaign plans for the programming team.

Continue to iterate new creative ideas to evolve campaign strategies as business goals and priorities evolve.

Track performance of campaigns.

Develop a consistent playbook for communicating campaign and creative executions with stakeholders across Digital Marketing and with 1st/3rd party partner teams.

Contribute to the development of the Digital Marketing GTM plans including sharing creative executions and reporting on campaign performance.

Experience:

5+ years in advertising, media planning, product marketing, product management, paid media, digital merchandising, business strategy, or programming.

Strong understanding for developing digital campaigns that includes continuously iterating to drive better performance.

Outstanding project management and time management skills.

Strong partnership and collaboration skills.

Strong communicator across all aspects of campaign development.

Analytical mindset for continuous improvement.

Understanding of subscriptions, entertainment, or technology business.

Knowledge of consumer subscriptions services and content marketing.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.70 to $53.01 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
