You’ll play a critical role in optimizing ongoing demand generation for Holland America Line cruises by managing the development, implementation and reporting of CRM marketing programs through owned channels (email, push, SMS, web push, app in-box, etc.) If you have a proven track record of successfully managing email, SMS, and other lifecycle marketing campaigns, a deep understanding of customer’s shopping behavior, and a passion for delivering results this is the job for you.Here’s a summary of what Holland America Line is looking for in its Manager, CRM Campaign and Analytics. Is this you?ResponsibilitiesLead development of 3-month and annual campaign planning calendar in collaboration with Integrated Marketing team and adjusts to accommodate new business needs in collaboration with Revenue Management.Supervise team of campaign specialists to coordinate campaign development with integrated marketing and creative services teams to ensure channel best practices, including copy, design and audience segmentation. Oversees approval process, post campaign analysis and reporting and ensures accuracy, quality and brand consistency in communications and meets established deadlines.Support the overall CRM campaign contact and segmentation/audience strategy through various channels (email, push, SMS, web push, etc.) based on customer’s channel of preference and conversions. Execute promotional lifecycle campaigns to generate demand for Holland America Line cruises.Build and constantly improve company’s promotional campaign performance (engagement metrics/traffic/online bookings) with test plans for campaign calendar.Recommend strategy for A|B tests, and continuously optimizes promotional email templates and CRM campaigns through all owned channels.Lead Analytics reporting and discussion, including the generation of CRM reports to share post campaign results + testing to optimize campaign content and targeting. Define and report on KPI’s to all key stakeholders with support of Analyst.Research future initiatives based on travel industry trends, results and best practices. Recommend new tools and technologies for marketing campaign automation.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or a related field required.Minimum six (6) years of Marketing Communications experience in either a marketing services agency or company MarCom team.Experience running email marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong background in audience targeting and segmentation.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and draw actionable insights.Hands-on experience developing test and learn plans that are data-driven.Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.Self-motivated, anticipatory and results-oriented, with the ability to connect analytics to action plans.Experience in travel and hospitality industry a plus.At least three years (3) of email marketing through ESP/automation platform and managing a team.Excellent presentation creation ability. Comfortable presenting to executives and cross-functional teams.HTML experience a plus.Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills essential.At least two (2) years of leadership experience leading a team.Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust, resulting in effective working relationships across the company.Ability to anticipate how a decision made can affect other departments’ operations and/or morale.Proactive, self-starter and is excited to learn about and implement new types of marketing program.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired.
