This position offers exceptional candidates the opportunity to work closely with senior management. Candidates should possess excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and will take full ownership of our corporate financial models, investor presentations, and analyses for the Corporate Finance department. Ideal candidates would have prior work experience in commercial real estate brokerage or lending.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex corporate financial models in ExcelPrepare accurate, detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the Corporate Finance departmentConduct cash flow analysis, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and financial projections for key projectsPrepare company presentations and materials for quarterly board meetings in PowerPointAssist with portfolio financing and develop new lender relationshipsDevelop a solid working knowledge of the hotel and real estate industriesBuild strong working relationships across the organizationSynthesize insights from research and analysis and communicate to senior managementConduct research and complete other ad-hoc projects as assignedRequirements
