Our platform also facilitates interactions with our world-class clinical team to blend our technology with real person-to-person relationships that support each patient throughout their individual journeys.With a remote-first workforce, backed by leading digital health investors, we’re changing the way healthcare is delivered.Position SummaryWe're looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong analytical skills to focus on designing and building reports and dashboards to support our data insights and analytics efforts. If you love visualizing data insights, please read on!This engineer would have a strong focus on report generation and automation- helping us integrate various internal and external data sources, expand our data systems and pipeline capabilities, create automated dashboards and reports, explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability, and help support our self-service BI environment for internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate is someone who can reason through the interactions of a distributed system and deliver solutions that emphasize simplicity, reliability, reusability and supportability.Responsibilities Include:Partner with data scientists and stakeholders in data science, sales, marketing, and product to develop automated reporting and dashboarding toolsPartner with product stakeholders on ideation, feedback and refinement of solutions that meet our business needsDevelop, improve and maintain automated data workflows around ETL, data preparation, quality, and monitoring as needed to streamline analysis and reportingLeverage data controls to maintain data privacy, security, compliance, and quality for allocated areas of ownershipDevelop the kind of software and pipelines that you’d want to inherit from another developer (documentation, test coverage, logging, metrics, etc.)Collaborate with the rest of your engineering team on design, planning and code reviewsKeep learningYou'll be a good fit here if you are:A team player.
