Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Your Role on Our Team:Architects, designs, and provides governance of large-scale cloud technology solutions that deliver business value across the organization, continuously improving time to market. Creates road maps that translate business requirements into technology solutions. Specifies IT hardware and software plans and develops implementation road maps for cloud technologies. Ensures compliance of application and technical infrastructure development with company and industry standards. Influences future systems architecture. Assesses emerging technologies for application to current initiatives and provides technical expertise for next generation initiatives.You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:High level of cloud technology expertise, specifically AWS. Azure and GPC a plus.Strong understanding of networking technologies and how they are applied in cloud environments, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.Mentorship of software engineering teams on secure API, web, and cloud coding best practices to address risks ensuring rapid but secure development.Ability to create documentation standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure cloud system security, stability, and scalability.Attention to detail and ability to create and follow standard operating procedures.Strong understanding and use of project management skills including planning, scheduling, and execution.Demonstrate success leading complex security projects.Strong background in security operations and supporting security technologies; firewalls, IPS, IDS, SIEM, etc.Experience with legal, compliance and security frameworks; SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.Ability to lead business process methodology and suggest improvements.Performs other duties as assigned.The TOOLS you'll bring with you:Expertise of AWS security offerings and capabilities (AWS Well-Architected).Assist in the creation of procedures which align to enterprise-wide security-based initiatives.Design test plans which will allow for a proper evaluation of security measures for new hardware and software.Lead regular vulnerability assessments and remediation steps with cross functional teams.Lead regular security audits.Create and maintain security documentation.Review logs and security reports from various systems.Design technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.Research and evaluate vulnerabilities, technology trends, attack vectors, and associated risks to the organization's systems, applications, and technology.Foster strong and highly engaged partnerships with senior leadership across the organization.Manage project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.Master's degree a plus.10-15 years' experience designing, implementing, and supporting cloud-based cybersecurity systems.Experience with mobile application, web application or API development.Security certifications a plus: Security+, CISSP, CISM, AWS, GIAC, etc.Working Conditions:Brookfield, WI, Chicago, IL or RemoteWe provide these great perks and benefits:Robust health, dental and vision insurance plansGenerous 401 (K) savings planEducation assistanceOn-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee serviceAnd many more, check out our benefits site
