The Talent Recruiter will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify, engage, and hire top-tier executive talent. Your strategic mindset, leadership skills, and deep understanding of the executive hiring landscape will drive the success of our talent acquisition initiatives. Our team members are resilient, accountable and harmonious.Main Duties & Responsibilities

Support, as needed, posting all open positions on job boards relative to roles in both English and Spanish;Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging leadership competencies to inform and guide recruitment strategies effectively;Create job descriptions for new positions based on industry knowledge and research;Utilize various channels and resources to identify and source qualified candidates for executive-level positions, including passive candidates from relevant industries, professional networks, databases, and job boards;Review resumes and arrange pre-screen calls with potential candidates;Conduct pre-screening calls and update leadership on potential fit;Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials that adhere to Hogsalt Vision & Values;Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders;Clearly communicate benefit plans, PTO structures and other soft benefits available in order to attract and retain employees;Gracefully follow up with all unqualified candidates, and suggest other possible fitting roles within Hogsalt;Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and connecting with J-1 Visa candidates;Set target fill dates on all positions and hold to that standard for filling them;Plan, organize and attend recruitment events, while clearly communicating Hogsalt's employee brand;Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process to align with Hogsalt’s recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent;Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies;Stay current on hiring trends and suggest proactive solutions when applicable;Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey;Work with the Director of Recruiting, Training, Development to hit departmental goals.Experience & Qualifications

5+ years sourcing and recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on executive recruiting;Proven track record of hiring best-in-class diverse technical and functional leaders;Ability to build talent pipelines and develop long-term prospect relationship strategies;Demonstrated experience and comfort partnering with and influencing senior executives;Deep knowledge of the external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability;Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confident when working autonomously;High business acumen & strong communication skills, written and verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner;Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines;Self-motivated with excellent time management skills;A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to meet recruitment goals and timelines;Personable, professional, and proactive;Enjoys and thrives in working in a fast-paced environment.READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?Your time is valuable!
