The Talent Recruiter will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent. Minimum of 5+ years of sourcing and recruiting experienceBilingual in Spanish & English is preferred.Deep knowledge of the external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability. Experience in restaurant operation or management in fast casual service is preferred.Experience working with Harri and Culinary Agents is preferred.A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to meet recruitment goals and timelines.Duties & Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruitment process for all leadership positions and assist Small Cheval leaders in hourly employee recruitment needs.Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials that adhere to Hogsalt/Small Cheval Vision & Values.Utilize various channels and resources to identify and source qualified candidates for executive-level positions, including passive candidates from relevant industries, professional networks, databases, and job boards.Communicate with individual Small Cheval locations regarding staffing needs.Manage Harri (ATS platform) with candidate information.Plan, organize and attend recruitment events, while clearly communicating Small Cheval's employee brand.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Work with the Director of Recruiting, Training, Development to hit departmental goals.READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
