You will both create plans and operationalize them to implement customer transformation engagements.While technical competence in implementing solutions using best-in-class tools and systems is critical, you’ll be expected to maintain a focus on customer outcomes, including user and employee experiences.Responsibilities:Ability to quickly create websites and digital artifacts, including developing new assets that fit with a brand’s identity, as well as working within and making improvements to an existing front-end system.Develop technology prototypes for client pitches and manage them through to completion with the company Digital team.Have experience working with Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management systems, often in concert with custom frontend systems.Ability to explain relevant frontend and content system concepts to other team members and directly to the client.Ability to compare and assess the best tools for a client’s set of requirements using hands-on implementation.Regularly investigate new frameworks and tools, and disseminate knowledge among the company Digital team.Must be able to combine solid technical designs with a creative mindset.Work alongside strategists, creative, and research team members to formulate and design strategies for digital evolution and identify the technical components and feasibility of those ideas within a digital transformation roadmap.5-10+ years of experience in the technology field, preferably with a strong marketing or consumer-focused background.Highly proficient in a variety of user-facing tools and frameworks.Exhibits superior communication skills, both oral and written; is clear, concise, sincere, and persuasive.Demonstrates initiative and creativity in all work efforts. Pursues objectives beyond what is required or expected. Able to mobilize and persuade others.Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels to consistently meet/exceed planned objectives.Effective public speaking skills and presence.Ability to work in a team environment, but also work in a self-directed manner as appropriate.Capacity to assume more significant responsibilities over time.Travel as needed to prospective clients and client locations up to 15%.The well-being of our company employees is essential.
