VP, Product ManagementPosition Purpose
The Vice President – Product Management will lead the product management team responsible for delivering Fiserv’s digital banking solutions and strategy to the market. This leader will be responsible for developing the product strategy to enable our clients to win in their markets and delight their customers/members.What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for enabling the services and components that drive the entire portfolio of digital banking solutions at Fiserv.Oversee Digital Banking Product Team and provide appropriate direction on strategic KPIs.Develop coordinated strategic roadmaps of features and functionality to drive innovation & growth.Develop and pitch annual product investment plans and business cases to secure investment funding and executive support.Function as a trusted partner and digital banking subject matter expert for clients, prospects and other key stakeholders.Coordinate product roadmaps and integrations with other Fiserv business units to maximize client value.Work closely with clients, partners, and other Fiserv business units to foster and grow a digital banking eco-system.Provide leadership and guidance to team and other stakeholders through all aspects of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) and go-to-market (GTM) activities.What You Need To Have
15-20 years of experience in technology software related product management or financial services product management with a focus on digital banking.Strong financial background and large P&L accountability.Experience prioritizing multiple high priority initiatives and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Knowledge, experience, and proficiency in product management standards and practices.Hands-on experience applying user-centered design methodologies.Experience with Agile transformation.Demonstrated leadership driving results through a highly matrixed organization.Thorough understanding of account processing systems and integration with online/mobile channels.Strong communication and presentation skills.Education: MBA, BS/BA or equivalent applicable working experience required.Travel Required
