Our Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our new business opportunities. This is a highly visible role that makes a direct and significant impact in our business.Additionally, the Sales Development Representative role provides boundless opportunities for both personal and professional growth. For those driven to exceed expectations, career paths at Preqin are endless.What you’ll be doing:Leverage leading-edge sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LeadIQ to reach out to outbound prospects and inbound leadsPerform high-volume prospecting through calling and emailingSchedule meetings between qualified leads and Sales ExecutivesAct as consultants - our clients appreciate the value of our data for their needs, so we take the time to understand those needs and address them head-onWork closely with account executives to understand prospect needs, and for continued knowledge developmentStrategically prospect into accounts, searching for key points of contact and best ways to engageWhat you’ll bring to us:A strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospectsExperience using Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar toolsNaturally and highly curious - ask thorough and pointed questionsSelf-motivated, dedicated, and highly organizedDriven by metrics and exceeding quotasTeam player with an entrepreneurial spirit and willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of successHave internship experience or one (1) year of professional work experience, ideally in finance or salesWhy join us?About Us:
