We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations to lead our Revenue Operations Team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic growth and operational efficiency of our revenue-generating teams. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a team responsible for optimizing sales processes, enhancing revenue performance, and maximizing customer success. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and operational excellence to streamline workflows, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience.To get a bit more specific, you’ll oversee all aspects of revenue operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, commission planning, and territory planning. You’ll collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute revenue strategies aligned with company goals and market trends. You’ll utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue optimization, track key performance metrics, and drive actionable recommendations. You’ll establish clear performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor GTM performance and drive accountability.WHAT YOU’VE ACCOMPLISHED...SO FAR:

You have run all or part of a Revenue Operations team before, preferably in a high-growth technology startup environment.You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.You have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales processes, systems, and best practices.You are a strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution.You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.You have experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing revenue technology tools including CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.The expectations above are meant to represent the ideal candidate, but if you don’t meet all of them and think you’d be a great fit for this role, please apply.
