In this critical role you will report directly to the Regional President and serve as a strategic thought partner for the entire management team driving expansion of North American sales channels. You will manage and develop a best-in-class Sales Organization to improve awareness of Leviat as a global brand while also evaluating new opportunities for product development and synergistic industry partnerships. In this fast-paced, growing organization those that are highly motivated and driven to results will have the opportunity to succeed and advance.LeadershipDemonstrate high level of safety awareness, ensure team complies with all safety procedures and policiesProvide direction and leadership to their teamSet the selling and go to market strategy for North AmericaWork with Sales Managers to create annual sales execution plans for all Sales RepresentativesWork with the Customer Service Manager to create annual service plans for all CSR RepresentativesEnsure team meets or exceeds targets and sales goalsDevelop and direct sales staff to establish new customers, increase sales, and improve overall customer satisfactionWork closely with Senior Leadership team on driving the overall business forwardCreate and deliver an accurate sales budget year over yearProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reporting, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and health in the businessAnalyzing financial information and market intelligence to develop strategic pricing and growth plansAssigning responsibilities, managing, training and coaching team to achieve sales goalsDeveloping and maintaining high-level relationships with key customer accountsRecommend and implement strategies for market growth (e.g. new products)Evaluate product portfolio and participate in new product introduction and SKU rationalization effortsWork in collaboration with other CRH companies to establish best market resultsOngoing evaluation of pricing structure to remain competitive and ensure year over year growth and profitabilityCollaborate with production and operations to monitor and ensure that product conforms to quality control parameters and is available in amounts to supply the product demandCollaborate with finance team and operations to resolve any major client account issues as quickly as possibleCollaborate with finance department on assigning credit, collections, and any billing challengesAssisting the division President with developing short and long-term strategic plansRequirementsAble to travel up to 70% of the timeBachelor’s or advanced degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, Client Services, or equivalent in training, education or experience in a related field or function10+ years’ experience in a senior level sales leadership roleMust possess a strong track record of proven leadership of high performing teams in Sales and Customer ServiceMust be familiar with residential, commercial, and retail distribution channelsPrior experience with selling through third-party distributors and direct to OEMs.Prior experience with target price setting, tracking, controls and governance.Prior experience leading sales teams through change is considered an assetWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsA diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
