This role reports into the North America Video Security & Access Control Sales & Portfolio Manager. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data and providing insights to help guide sales strategy. They will work closely with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and find ways to optimize sales processes. The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role in sales strategy and effectiveness. With their analytical skills, they can identify areas for growth, streamline sales processes and predict potential challenges to optimize sales performance. They improve the bottom line and help sales teams connect with and exceed their targets.Responsibilities:Analyze sales data and provide insights to sales teams.Conduct a thorough analysis of sales data to identify trends, patterns and insights that support revenue growth and sales strategies.The Sales Operations Analyst will evaluate a vast amount of statistical data, and identify trends and opportunities for growth.Carefully reviewing sales data, they can figure out new areas for potential sales, new upsell opportunities and which products are the most successful.The Sales Operations Analyst will ensure that sales data is accurate, organized, and easily accessible.Maintain a sales database, reviewing workflows to ensure they optimize data flow and eliminate data entry errors to ensure the accuracy of the information.Develop and maintain sales reports to track performance against KPIs.Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and predictions by analyzing historical data and customer behavior.The analyst will also collaborate with sales managers and other key departments in forecasting KPIs with a strong focus on accuracy.Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and make recommendations.Review and optimize the sales team's processes, tools and systems to ensure that they are efficient, effective and aligned with sales teams goals.This analyst will work with the sales operations team to implement changes in order to streamline processes, improve teamwork, productivity and collaboration.Partner with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.Work cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, finance, marketing and many other organizations to ensure that the overall strategy for each new offer can be executed as effectively as possible.Requirements:A minimum of 1+ years of related experience in sales support, regional partner/channel programs, channel operations, deal desk or related sales role(s).Bachelor's degree.Knowledge of channel/partner sales, account management principles and practices as applied in a Technology/SaaS, B2B environment.Understanding of sales process deal registration at technology, software or services company.Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while paying excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools (ie. SFDC).Excellent organizational skills.Proficient in English, both written and verbal.Problem-solving and dispute-resolution abilities.Basic Requirements
