We are looking for an Account Executive to join our North America team, to help accelerate our growth in the region. This is our first hire in Boston, dedicated to covering our customers on the East Coast, so you will be key in shaping our team in the region. In the next few years there will be opportunities galore to catapult your career.This role would be great for you if you have experience in SaaS or tech new business sales and a track record of managing pipeline and your quota attainment.You will have opportunities such as joining the founding team, with direct exposure to the CEO and cross-functional teams.You won’t be expected to know anything about tech, or our customer’s industries in the built world - construction, utilities, renewables, and building.Employment Type:
Full-timeBased: Boston, USAOTE Remuneration: USD $140,000 - 200,000 depending on your experienceBase Salary: USD $80,000 - $119,000Commission: USD $60,000 - $81,000What will I be doing day to day in this role?
You will be qualifying and routing inbound leads through three channels; self-service, inside sales, and field sales.You’ll be spending most of your time with prospects across phone calls, emails, and live chat on our website, as well as internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.Your quota is measured by the number of demonstrations booked and completed at the subsequent stage of the process.What will be the biggest challenges for me in this role?
Learning about the built world if you haven’t had any exposure to it.Up-skilling your call/phone and email skills.Understanding SaaS financial acronyms and common terminology.Learning how to use Salesforce.PLEASE Note:
