What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Ship projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, iterative environment- Drive business growth and impact through your work- Own and manage features, services, caches, and databases- Collaborate on cross-functional team projects and shape the roadmap for future projects- Conduct experiments and analyze data to inform decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):- Highly motivated and self-starting individual- Proficiency in both backend and frontend development- Experience with Python or Node on the backend and a modern frontend JS framework (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Sense of ownership and ability to drive projects end-to-end
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Familiarity with a breadth of infrastructure, languages, and stacks (React, Python, Node, Gitlab, AWS, Docker, Postgres, Redis, Datadog, Amplitude, Snowflake)- SQL/analytics knowledge and experience with devops concepts- Previous experience in a startup environment- Experience working closely with business stakeholders- Proficiency in writing end-to-end/browser based tests
