The IT PM will interact with internal stakeholders as a means of providing regular updates on IT project’s performance, schedules, and resources. The IT PM also needs to be able to work autonomously and adapt to an evolving work structure.This position is 100% remote.Responsibilities:
Manage all our internal IT projects, from planning to executionBe the scrum master for all internal project teamsProvide scrum and project reports to upper managementPerform Stakeholder ManagementCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesCreate long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resourcesDelegate project tasks to employees who are best positioned to complete themIdentify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projectsAble to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure resource availability and allocationTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisPlan sprints and tasks in JiraWork with the required project management tools including Jira and AsanaRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of IT project management experience with a consulting or professional services firmStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to organize, motivate and communicate with teams.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Experience with product and/or software development processesCertified Scrum Master Certification (CSM)Understanding of resource management including human, financial, and other asset-based resources.Strong preference for familiarity with Agile methodology including knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and project tools like Asana.Excellent command of written/spoken EnglishPreferred Qualifications:
