Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and enhancements.Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities.Lead user research and gather insights to drive user-centric design and development.Work closely with design and development teams to deliver a seamless user experience and high-quality product delivery.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.Use market insights to identify new opportunities and enhance existing features.Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in the blockchain industry.Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi) - Must.Experience with product management in complex technical environments.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
