The Position
QualificationsJD from an accredited law schoolMust be admitted to practice in NY10+ years of trial experience to verdictExperience in Medical Malpractice and defense litigation requiredExcellent written and oral communication skillsLegal project management experience is helpful
ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claimsWork closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports
