This is an excellent career opportunity to work with a global environmental leader and to make a significant impact in successfully implementing ERM’s global strategy.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support business leaders in selection, configuration, implementation and sustainment of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) and Sustainability (EHS&S) management information systems;Provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and knowledge of market presence of these technologies within clients;Evaluate EHS&S Management Information Systems (EMIS) available on market;Assist clients with system requirements and software selection;Manage EMIS software implementation projects for clients worldwide;Assist with project management, system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancements, and improvements to meet overall business objectives of clients;Draft and publish system design documents, configure technical specifications and components within solution, analyze and migrate data, and develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated interfaces;Map and analyze end-to-end business processes within third party and proprietary systems as well as integration with EMIS software, following formal IT guidelines;Serve as subject matter expert to provide escalation point for technical issues;Oversee all aspects of projects related to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery;Consult and collaborate with clients to set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.Partial work from home benefit available.~10% domestic travel required.REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Environmental Science, Information Technology, or related field;5 years of experience as an Environmental IT Consultant, EMIS Consultant or a related occupation;Designing and implementing solutions for air emissions monitoring and reporting;Designing and building online compliance management tool;Developing reporting solutions in SSRS, Crystal, and VBA based coding;Mapping XOM requirements to Enablon RCM;Using: Sphera opsInfo, Enviance, Enablon AQS /Compliance, IMPACT, Power BI, SSRS, and SQL queries.
