2+ years of personal injury experience . Drafting pleadings and correspondenceTaking and defending depositionsWorking with clients on day-to-day advice and opposing counsel inquiriesHandling a large caseloadDrafting discoveryDocument reviewAttending court hearingsNegotiate settlements for Legal DisputesComply with all legal standards and regulationsPerform administrative and management functions related to the practice of lawQualifications:
2+ years Personal Injury ExperienceKnowledgeable in Trial & Litigation ProceduresApplicants must be licensed by the California State BarExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-orientedExcellent organizational skills and a desire to learnStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well with others on a team of attorneys, paralegals, and case file managers.Successful applicant will have excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment, the ability to prioritize, and to work both independently and cooperatively.Benefits:
