Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. This role will also interact with all organizational levels and external partners.LocationThis position is a full-time, hybrid-based position located in
Louisville, Colorado .JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage the work of the CEO and other C-Suite staff including managing calendars and commitments.Serve as the point of contact among leaders, employees, clients, and other external partners.Facilitate information flow and look for ways to improve current systems.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed travel itineraries.Process expense reports as requested.Prepare reports and presentations; compile information as requested.Evaluate products and services as needed.Provide a full range of administrative support to the team.Complete duties or projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in a related field plus four years as an executive assistant including prior experience supporting C-Suite staff. May substitute additional years of direct experience for education requirement on a 1:1 basis.Technical savvy in MS Office with strong knowledge of calendaring, Excel, and Word.Desire and ability to assess, optimize, and implement new tools as needed.Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and help those you partner with also stay on track. Able to work with a sense of urgency.Well-developed organizational skills with the ability to have critical information at your fingertips.Ability to work autonomously to solve problems.Excellent written and oral communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Professional discretion and presence.Verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staff.Collaboration skills, able to work in a team environment where engagement and participation are an expected part of successful job performance.This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Please note that any offer for employment may be conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under these U.S. export control laws and regulations without sponsorship for an export license.TRAVELUp to 20% travel may be required.The targeted base salary for this role is
$87,400 to $109,000
on an annualized basis.WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSWork will normally be performed in an office environment. Able to efficiently use automated office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and printers; able to effectively engage in communications (via phone, computer, or in-person).
