We are seeking a talented and driven Product Management Director to join our team and lead the vision, the business and technical roadmap, execution as well as building bridges to drive alignment and adoption across the company.Position Overview

As the Director of Product Management for Adoption, you will drive the vision, roadmap, and development for how Salesforce standardizes the measurement of the adoption of its products and features. This leadership role involves building partnerships across senior VPs within the DnA org, the product organization, and the customer success organization to create and deliver a unified vision and drive alignment. You will be driving a strategic initiative to create and build the framework to measure every customer’s adoption of Salesforce products and its features. Your work will directly influence the development of a product portfolio that touches internal users (employees in customer-facing roles) and automated systems that will enable customers to self-serve and realize value from their investment in Salesforce.Salesforce's product adoption framework will help simplify and measure a customer’s adoption through their lifecycle. This work will allow customers, partners, and Salesforce to adopt a common understanding of Salesforce product capabilities and visualize and drive every customer’s adoption journey. You will be working in a data-driven product development organization alongside a team of analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and visualization engineers. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making, driving new revenue opportunities, and enhancing how Salesforce scales the delivery of customer success.Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:

Provide strategic direction and leadership for the product team, guiding them in the development and execution of data-driven products.Collaborate and influence senior leaders within DnA and across Salesforce to create and drive alignment on a unified vision and strategy.Effectively prioritize work across a cross-functional delivery team that includes engineering, data science, visualization, and enablement.

Collaboration & Team Management:

Work closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver quality products with end-to-end testing that ensures the successful execution of the product roadmap.Set and manage expectations on iterative product release roadmap with partners across Salesforce.Cultivate a collaborative and innovative work environment to increase efficiency and professional growth.

Product Management:

Direct the planning and execution to allow sustained development while instituting robust practices to allow timely release of impactful products and features.Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, gathering data and insights to drive continuous improvements.

Research & Innovation:

Conduct market and user research to understand and address customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.Monitor and anticipate market shifts and technology changes to make informed product design and architecture enhancements to keep products relevant.

Business Impact:

Collaborate with internal partners and cross-functional team leads in defining product go-to-market strategy and drive enablement and adoption across each end-user persona.Set and track impact that helps measure success and value of products and features and make data-driven decisions based on user feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

8+ years experience working in a large-scale data-driven environment.5+ years experience working as a Product Manager on delivery of large complex data-driven products.A related technical degree required.MBA preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders.Experience in data science, machine learning, and leveraging them in building intelligent products preferred.Proven ability to manage the scope of work being delivered by a cross-functional team against a plan.Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum and proven experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into a concrete roadmap.Ability to deliver results in a global, matrixed environment comprised of internal and external customers.Deep knowledge of Salesforce products and platform or experience working with other similar enterprise platforms.Accommodations
