Lead the product vision for Marketing Cloud’s reporting and analytics on the Salesforce platform. Ensure that it aligns with the overall product and company vision.Be an expert on the domain, the market, the trends. Evangelize the vision constantly so all stakeholders are aligned, have context and understand where we are going.Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of Marketing Cloud customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer’s voice into the creation process.Commit to the best customer experience possible. Work closely with UX to develop, test, and deliver assets to engineering.Measure success. A feature’s release does not constitute success. Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.Collaborate across teams. We win or lose as a team. Product Managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders. A collaborative attitude is critical to the job.Communicate clearly and efficiently. Define expectations for engineering teams and hold them accountable to success and failures. Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to promote your products both internally and externally and ensure a cohesive message.Required Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on reporting and analytics in a B2B SaaS environment.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap.Strong collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to align the organization around prioritization and delivery of product roadmap.Consistent track record of successfully launching and leading product features or solutions.Experience defining and conducting user experience research to glean key insights into our target customers and users.Leadership DNA - proven track record to set a vision, excite and lead a cross-functional technical team.Preferred Qualifications

Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.Familiarity with marketing technology, CRM, and digital marketing is a plus.Benefits & Perks
