We offer a wide variety of competitive benefits, services and programs that provide our employees with the resources to pursue their goals, both at work and in their personal lives.Summary:This position is accountable for the leadership of a government price reporting team supporting the US Commercial business.Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team responsible for government pricing calculations.Partner with other BMS functions to assist them in understanding government pricing requirements.Advise on government price reporting implications involved in business transactions and Medicaid Best Price.Provide reporting and analytical support as part of the U.S. Government Pricing Compliance & Reporting team to ensure BMS compliance with government program regulations.Ensure team’s timely and accurate preparation, review and analysis of information required for governmental pricing calculations.Lead and actively participate in monthly and/or quarterly pricing review process.Proficient in the regulations, methodology and processes that drive the respective governmental programs to ensure BMS compliance with program requirements.Lead the team in the implementation and testing of government pricing system changes and upgrades.Lead and assist with special projects as required.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, financial, or business related program.A minimum of 12 years of progressive responsibility in government price reporting.Twelve plus years experience in government calculations submitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) including Average Manufacturer Price (AMP); Best Price and/or Average Sales Price (ASP).Subject matter expert in government pricing calculations, systems, and methodology.Prior experience in business operations and finance or other similar roles with deep understanding of the order to cash cycle is required.Proven track record of leadership and experience with direct responsibility for supervising others.Must have strong attention to detail and reviewing skills for information prepared both by the team and/or submitted to the team with strict attention to controls and consistency with established processes.Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills and have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.Work comfortably within a team environment and provide oversight to Senior Managers and Managers.Proficiency with SOX controls, spreadsheet analysis, database management and data delivery is required.Experienced with governmental pricing, financial processes, SAP, and Model N required.Considerable experience with branded pharmaceuticals and Medicaid.#LI-HybridIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
