Department: Human ResourcesLocation: Remote/HybridJob Classification: ExemptReports to: CHROL-E110Purpose:The Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Development serves as a strategic partner to the PANTHERx leadership team and develops strategies, programs, processes, structure, tools and more to enhance our rich culture, drives inclusion and engagement, fosters effective communication and change management, expands learning and development, and delivers an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:Drives a high-touch, proactive, and consultative approach to define organizational needs and designs appropriate strategies and solutions that are aligned with business strategy and support organizational direction and culture.Advises colleagues and leaders on innovative OE&D related strategies, programs, and trends; acts as an effective, trusted and credible advisor on people, culture, inclusion, engagement, and employee-centric programs.Designs, develops, deploys, and measures meaningful programs that facilitate professional and leadership development and continuous learning of employees across the organization, including new hire orientation, employee engagement, career development, culture, and inclusion initiatives.Supports organizational change management and engagement, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, and relevant, through the development of comprehensive, structured, and consistent internal communication strategies and programs.Gathers relevant information from internal and external sources to establish insights into what resources are needed for business transformation to be successful and sustained.Partners with external resources (as needed) to conduct specialized training for the organization.Designs, conducts, and evaluates post-learning outcomes using impactful evaluation methods.Builds, leads, and manages a high performing OE&D team to ensure program excellence and customer-centric support.Collaborates closely with Human Resources peers to ensure alignment of processes, programs, tools and solutions.Supervisory Responsibilities:Lead a team of OD, L&D, and Internal Communications professionals.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, OD or equivalent discipline.Business Experience:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in progressive people/human resource or similar organization and have served at least 5 years in a Talent Management role or similar function.Background working with fast-paced companies.Extensive hands-on experience with all aspects of OE&D strategies, tools and practices.Experience with design, development and implementation of learning and development strategy and program implementation.Strategic thinking capability enabling clear, balanced advice/counsel on a broad range of topics related to talent.Proven ability to drive results using superior problem-solving skills, with a high degree of analytical ability, which enable efficient identification of issues and structuring, development, execution, and implementation of actionable recommendations.Highly developed ability to lead change, quickly adapting and leading others through change in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.Ability to design, lead, execute, and manage complex and multiple projects while maintaining a customer focused orientation and delivering an outstanding level of service.Demonstrable experience as an influencer and collaborator, building and maintaining relationships with executives, leaders and colleagues with an open, honest, and direct communication style that establishes an empathetic and effective relationship.Background and experience leading highly effective teams through creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success while demonstrating a culture of inclusion and the willingness to share context and vision in ways that help teams do their best work.Proven presentation and communication skills and ability to build strategic business cases.Proven leadership skills and initiative with the ability to proactively identify tasks, develop plans, and recognize risks that could have a material impact on the company’s culture and engagement.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in assessments and team effectiveness tools.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment or in a home office setting. When in-office this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and communications via MS Teams.Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
