We are seeking a talented

Full-Stack Software Engineer

with experience in building and maintaining scalable enterprise-level applications.The software engineering across our suite of applications will require you to balance your front-end, back-end, and database proficiencies to navigate an exciting landscape of technical projects. Our ideal candidate must have 5+ years of industry experience.Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, enacting, and enforcing documentation, coding, process, and performance standards.Perform peer code reviews for compliance, security, performance, and best practices.Ensure proper branching and code review process take place in team code repository.Understand and navigate the full stack of multi-applications in a platform.Identify and overcome technical challenges individually and as part of a team.Provide estimates of level of work effort and time for completion.Work closely with scrum master, architects, developers, quality and reliability engineers and other project constituents to architect, implement, and deliver software user interface solutions according to requirements/specifications.Continuously improve the quality of the applications and ensure those applications are performant.Collaboratively work closely with product, design, and infrastructure engineers.Code in modern, consumer-facing web and backend applications.Required Experience

5+ years of front-end, back-end, and database experience to include: .NET framework, C#, Win Forms, Entity Framework, Windows Services, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP .NET, MVC, JavaScript, React, Web API, REST, and Visual Studio.Ability to quickly switch context and multi-task.Experience designing REST APIs and participate in design reviews.Experience coding in modern, consumer-facing web and backend applications.Preferred Experience

Preferred Tools: Azure DevOps, Blazor, NUnit Unit TestingCloud Platform (Azure/AWS/Google)SDLC tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.Feature flag implementation, preferably LaunchDarkly.Knowledge of architecture, design patterns, secure coding, and best practices.Experience working in a monolithic and legacy codebase migrating them to microservices, new technologies, and frontends.As a leading payments company in healthcare, we guide, price, explain, and pay for care on behalf of insurers and their members.
