Train and Assist:

Train and assist system users at the operation.Maintain Work Orders:

Open and close work orders with completion notes for all repairs. Analyze completion rate and communicate to appropriate parties.Review Reports:

Review reports throughout the month and at month-end to ensure that the system is being properly utilized. Follow up with users and managers when problems are determined. Analyze and follow up on items that need to be addressed. Run and distribute reports requested by Central Services Management.Modify Schedules:

Work with Central Services to communicate preventative maintenance and maintenance schedules. Add/modify preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment in the system. Identify scheduling errors in the system and make corrections.Execute Equipment Transfers:

Execute equipment transfers with the EMS. Set up new equipment in the system. Retire old assets.Participate in Month-End Accounting Functions:

Maintain equipment numbers on the Accounting Database and in the Procurement System. Participate in month-end accounting functions with regard to diesel fuel gasoline inventory and accounting and fuel allocation. Print inventory reports, review reports, and create journals via system software. Investigate discrepancies in data from the plants with regard to physical versus book inventory.Maintain Filing System:

Maintain the EMS filing system. Maintain the process of issuing and receiving inspection forms. Verify proper signatures and dates on all paperwork. Verify that all deficiencies are adequately and descriptively noted on all paperwork.Labcheck Coordinator:

Maintain Castrol labcheck system. Set up new equipment. Transfer equipment. Update lubes and quantities. Train users. Run and monitor sample result reports. Communicate results with operations.Maintain Inventory:

Maintain/order fuel, oil, grease, welding supplies, and other consumable inventory. Understand how to assist operations when necessary.Additional Responsibilities:

Other Duties As Assigned.Skills You’ll Need

Education:

BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other applicable degree preferred.Experience:

Must have experience with administering databases or deployed applications. Experience with report writing is preferred. Experience in managing all facets of fixed and mobile equipment in the aggregates industry is desired.Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate with other employees for the purpose of reporting problems with equipment and receiving assignment procedures. Be able to communicate with employees over various levels of the organization.Computer Skills:

Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must understand Lab Check Program and have current EMS knowledge. Must have a thorough understanding of Mobile and Fixed equipment. Knowledge of Oracle or comparable database experience.What You’ll Like About Us
