Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that achieve the sales and profit growth targets, as well as customer satisfaction levels across the Community portfolio. This role executes on CG’s strategic investments in sales force effectiveness and productivity, including sales strategy, analytics, reporting, process optimization, tools, training, and channel program implementation. Reporting to the CG VP Commercial Solutions, this role fosters close working relationships with internal Sales and BU leaders, and external Partners and Customers to ensure the Community sales team’s efficient operation and success.Job Responsibilities:

Achieve Revenue, GP, and OI targets as well as appropriate strategic objectives across CG’s Community business.Lead the design, implementation and management of the Community sales planning and budgeting processes; establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning approach used by the Community sales team.Define Chamberlain Group’s overall Community go to market strategy across full product lines in existing channels and new channels.Effectively lead pipeline development and management to ensure business performance and accuracy in forecasting the Community business.Provide leadership and counsel to the Community sales team in implementing objectives that reflect and achieve CG’s business goals.Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement; facilitate successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization.Lead team to effectively leverage CG sales technology and tools including full and effective use of CRM platform (Salesforce.com).Manage the comprehensive ongoing Community opportunity to maximize margin and volume across key product lines.Manage and develop strategic relationships with key internal and external decision makers.Synthesize competitive landscape and drive strategy to maintain competitive edge based on competitive research performed by the sales teams.Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; ensure compliance across teams.Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.Motivate and lead a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging and retaining team members.Drive performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development.Maintain transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and regular interpersonal communications.Lead and motivate individuals and teams to create a workplace culture that is consistent with the CG mission, vision and values.Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred.10+ years of professional selling experience; 3 years of people management.Demonstrated analytical ability with strong knowledge of data and statistical analysis.Ability to travel up to 50% of the time internationally and domestically; valid driver’s license.Proficient in sales systems; mechanical aptitude preferred.2-4 years of relevant work experience.Chamberlain Group wants all of its employees to succeed and encourages people of all backgrounds to apply.
